Description

This listening post, described as “an examination of phonography and field recording in creative sonic practice”, was compiled by Helen Frosi of London’s SoundFjord Gallery. This was installed as part of the Gorey Arts & Film Festival, a one-day event run by Richard Carr.

My composition was sourced from the ambiance of the deserted village, Achill Island, County Mayo. The sound of the sheep bouncing between the field and mountain was incredible!
