Description

Sonic Abyss was a series of group improvisations for the Drogheda Arts Festival 2012. Contributors from across Ireland combined sounds in different configurations, over five hour on a Saturday afternoon.

At the same venue were audio-visual installations, performances by the students of the Department of Music and Creative Media at DKIT, DJ demonstrations, workshops, and more. The festival included dance, theatre, and other events.

The digital release is free to download from Farpoint Recordings. The first track includes Anthony Kelly, Harry Moore, Jesse Ronneau, and David Stalling. The second adds John Daly and myself.
